Term and Condition of our Tour Service
Please read and attention carefully some tips before you book our tour service :
If you are interested to our tour service please feel free to send us an e-mail through our company’s address, Whatsapp masenger or our hot line number. If you deal with us will sent to you notification e-mail for down payment. After we get down payment there would be an official re-confirmation email will send to you to secure your tour booking.
☆ Our quotation is based on Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and American Dollar (USD)
☆ We need 20% of the tour price as the down payment should be paid via bank transfer in IDR 15 days before your arrival date to secure your booking. We will inform you our bank account when you are going to pay.
Cancellation and Refund System
● If you are cancelled the tour in 15 days before you have tour with us, your down payment is “NOT REFUNDABLE” due to the cancellation fee for tour component that we had booked
● If you cancelled the tour while you have paid whole of tour price and “YOU HAVE NOT STARTED THE TOUR YET” with us we will refund 50% of the tour price.
● If you have paid all of the tour price with us, suddenlly you’ll cancell the tour becouse of any reason we will find the solution before take a decision.
Tour Price and Tour Program
We don’t mention the tour price on our website depen on your requested.
We have some of the tour program that we put on our website, but we can re-arrange the tour program depend on your arrivall time and wether.
Something to Bring
Please bring with you money cash in Indonesian Rupiah for your personal expenses, trekking shoes, Long trousers, Long sleeve, jacket, rain coat, sun glass, hat, sun lotion, mosquito repelant, pills for malaria, sandals, camera, vidio camera, passport, and other important things that unwritten here.
